1. Do you know anyone in KMD or PL? How do you know them? Answer this question after talking with the people you are listing.

 

2. Make a list including all your characters and their zkillboard/eveskillboard link.

 

3. In which timezone do you play EVE? How many hours do you play EVE a week on average?

 

4. What kind of person are you in real life? How old are you? What is your occupation? Where do you live? What do you like to do outside EVE? Please introduce yourself briefly.

 

5. Why do you want to leave your current corp/alliance? Tell us about what you liked/disliked in your previous home.

 

6. Why do you want to join KMD? How did you know about us?

 

7. Please tell us about your overall EVE experience. What did you do? Where? With who? Write as much as you can!

 

8. You got primaried in the fleet and died horribly. The battle is still ongoing, and our strategic objective is not accomplished yet. What are you going to do now in a capsule?
