    I can help you to understand eve-online better than now. I can say it's not the time for you to apply V-D-D. ATM, you are too innocent to apply V-D-D. 

    As I'm an honest man, I'll say you can try to apply SniggWaffe(best course to join PL corps for people without decent experience) or other corps.

    I'd like to advise you to make an effort to understand the culture and hidden rules in this game properly with gathering information.

    I’ll consult you in a right way in this thread. To pay whatever or not is your choice.
    (To PL directors: Plz don’t accuse me as RMT or crime with ex-cfc, if he sends me 100b. It could be a start of legendary consulting service in eve-online history. OK?  
    If the person pays me over 1b, I’ll donate half of it to Pandemic Legion alliance. Seriously)

    Apart from ex-cfc or not, such an application is never acceptable for PL in terms of common sense of eve-online. The reason is not really what the people wrote here at all.


    Eve-online decent pvp/null/low-sec people will think you do not really understand how eve-online goes on when they read your app. thread.
    It’s not very difficult to understand but experience will make you understand it.
    Please ask your friends all over the GSF or CFC whether such an application is right or not.
    If you have no such sincere friends in GSF or CFC, you need to take care of your social relationship in eve.
    It’s a social game. Without friends, it’s bullshit of online rubbish.

    Hope you have a decent experience in other null sec or low sec entities properly whether it's CFC or CO2 or anywhere else.  


    If you really want to know where is optimized for you, I can even consult you and introduce you to other entities. But from that stage, you need to pay me for my sincere consulting.
    I can say it’ll be at least 100b of value, but I am not such a greedy person and I’ll ask you much smaller than that.
    It’s a very very good deal for you and will raise my reputation.

    If you understand what I mean one day, it's a time you can consider of applying PL or other entities.
