I could strip my titan pilot of some shield skills and convert it to a revelation pilot, add some injectors to make it ready to use. Meanwhile my nag alt trains into an avatar, and arthas trains into FAX for a couple months. Would that work?

I wouldn't extract SP, its never worth it. Also don't put arthas in a fax, keep training other shit. The idea is your titan pilot becomes your cap alt and your in-training nag pilot becomes your Avatar pilot. Don't need to inject if you don't want to, just thats the way I'd go for the most useful spread of characters.

  2. So just to put it on the record what I already said to you about characters.

Bin the levi. Obviously you intend to buy an Avatar, but I'd keep the ISK aside for now and not worry about it immediately. Get the character back into regular caps/subs down south, have some fun, and buy an Avatar in a month or two when you feel comfortable here. Infact if anything, I'd suggest turning your nag alt into an Avatar pilot and train the current titan pilot into dreads. A phoenix is a very short train for a properly skilled Levi pilot, then cross train into a STRONG AMARR REVELATION right after. That way you're completely covered for all the caps we use and will also have a 2nd dread pilot by leaving the titan docked up north with a JC.

Having a FAX on a separate pilot from your super is a requirement to join the PL supercap group, and that FAX pilot NOT being your main is something we emphasis heavily on a corp level.

I wish I could say it was due to my FCing ability, but instead it's due to politics.

I'm going to be honest here--I'm garbage at politics.  I say things for how they are, though I am respectful about it.  But sadly here, egos bruise too easily.  Instead of offering advice, more experienced (though inactive) FCs just try to berate newer FCs.  It's created a toxic environment, and I want out.

6.) Why do you want to join Adversity.?
I want to be a part of an Alliance and Corporation who know what they are doing.  I currently have only ever been a part of one Alliance (technically two due to the coup, but we stayed together) and two corporations.

I want to step away from more traditional leadership positions (for now anyway) and enjoy my time FCing.  With Adversity's reputation, I'm hoping it's the right home for me.

    So legit question.

Every alliance including PL has some pretty major egos that are sometimes wrong that you need to work with or around. What makes you think PL will be better in this regard than your current alliance? Also PL has a ton of high-tier FCs and people will expect you to prove your worth before you get numbers. Being an existing coalition FC is unlikely to influence regular PL line members to join your fleets at first. How do you feel about this?

Also from a social perspective Adversity has often been described as "edgy memers" and I doubt many of our members would disagree with that assessment. We're pretty tight nit, but there's a lot of real harsh joking around. Is this something you feel you'd be comfortable with?

After some time my corp grew tired of being cloaky camped by blops in the RNF pocket of catch and started to look to other corps with safer ratting space (I look back on this now and find it very silly) we were offered a place in Negative Waves. This was a mistake, I didn’t pay much attention to it at the time but whoever was running that alliance ran a shit show. We stayed in the alliance for about a month then started looking for a different alliance to call home.

i'm concerned that your plan is to put your only capital capable alt into a super

we don't really do the "put the super into a keepstar when i'm not using it" meme around here. if we told you right now that you'd be required to have an alt separate from your subcap main and your supercap alt, capable of flying a t2 triage apostle and a t2 siege dread (pref rev), what would your plan be to accomplish that?

^ To clarify, the Apostle part is actually a requirement for joining the PL super group. You won't be able to participate in PL supercap ops without that. You're also never going to be able to use your super on your main.
